Job summary

Canyon Ranch Lenox is seeking a kitchen support colleague to help maintain cleanliness and assist culinary staff in a fast-paced resort kitchen. You’ll wash dishes, help with basic prep, and keep areas tidy and organized while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Support overall kitchen operations by assisting culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure all kitchen and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and routine floor maintenance as directed.
• Properly organize and store sanitized items to maintain efficient workflow and easy access for kitchen team members.
• Adhere to all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient culinary environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service times with a positive, team-focused attitude.

PAY RANGE:

$17.00 - $17.68 per hour
