Job summary

Verdana Village Master Association in Estero, FL, is seeking a driven part-time Runner to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will support a global leader in golf and community management and gain hands-on experience in food & beverage operations.

No prior experience required; duties include dishwashing, stocking, basic food prep, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to communicate in English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes china, glass, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
• Assists in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
• Assists in basic food preparation as assigned by Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Performs daily cleaning (dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, exhaust system).
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment breakdowns.
• Follows safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.
