Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Prep to support the kitchen team in preparing salad bar items, sides and desserts. You will help maintain product quality, manage inventory storage, and ensure cleanliness across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes and desserts as per recipe.
• Monitors inventory and quality of fresh produce to meet standards.
• Manages storage area and inventory levels.
• Tracks expiration dates on all products and assists with rotation.
• Keeps kitchen equipment and areas clean and sanitary.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties as directed.
