Job summary

Fogo de Chão Minneapolis is seeking a Kitchen Prep team member to support the salad bar, side dishes and desserts, ensuring quality and presentation according to recipe.

You will help manage inventory, track expiration dates, and keep kitchen areas clean. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior kitchen prep experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes and desserts per recipe.
• Maintains inventory levels and proper storage.
• Tracks expiration dates and assists with stock controls.
• Ensures cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Completes opening/closing duties as directed.
