Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, silverware and utensils for washing
• Operate and maintain dish machine and wash by hand as needed
• Wash pots and pans by hand
• Clean tables and carry trays to dish area
• Store cleaned items in an orderly fashion
• Remove trash and cardboard from work areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Set up and break down tables, chairs and equipment for events
• Comply with safety and health requirements
• Rotate stock and assist with deliveries
• Perform general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Be a team player and follow management directions
