Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Utility Worker to support kitchen and facility operations. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food production and service areas, clean equipment and spaces, and assist with setup and break-down tasks as directed.

This role requires flexibility for varying shifts, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds (occasional 50 pounds), and a High School diploma or equivalent. No prior related work experience is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Sanitation procedures knowledge.
• No prior related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
