Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher at Sunrise at West Essex in Fairfield, NJ. You will support kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing areas clean and sanitized, ensuring all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards, and assisting with storage and rotation of supplies.

Responsibilities include operating dish machines, maintaining sanitation logs, and supporting dining service duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
