Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, utensils, and food-service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas.
• Operate dish washing machines safely and according to procedures.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and check chemical levels regularly.
• Stock incoming food and non-food items.
• Remove damaged items from service and properly dispose of waste.
• Perform deep cleaning duties and maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend required trainings and departmental meetings.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with various kitchen or service area tasks as assigned.
