Henry's Diner (under new management), established in 1925 is a historical diner in downtown Burlington, VT. We offer good old-fashioned diner fare, breakfast all day and Greek food: gyros, Spanakopita, Greek salad, and platters. The atmosphere is old school from the front to the back. Family-owned and operated. Open 6 am to 2 pm daily. No nights!.

We are seeking a Kitchen Helper who will be comfortable in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant. Responsible for the preparation and assisting the line cooks. Must be able to follow health guidelines to ensure safe and sanitary food practices.

Requirements:

• Some experience required.
• Available Saturdays and Sundays.
• Able to work on your feet for the majority of your shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can be seen by the public.
• Capable of lifting up 20 lbs at a time on a regular basis.
• Good communication skills and team building.
