Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc in the Bay Area is seeking a part-time youth coach to deliver lessons at elementary schools. You will teach one class per day (about one hour) with an additional 30 minutes of pre-care, using provided lesson plans and supervising 8–16 students in a fun, active setting.

Sessions run 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, across multiple Bay Area schools. A training/shadowing session is required before start, and reliable transportation is needed to reach sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5-10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8-16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Take attendance and interact with parents/school staff.
