Qualifications
- Must have genuine passion for children and sports.
- Energetic, engaging and responsible coaching style.
- Safety-conscious with awareness of on-field risks.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of children ages 2-8.
- Access to reliable transportation and ability to stand/jog for sessions.
Responsibilities
- Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Conduct sessions for children ages 2–8, including field setup and takedown.
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
- Use Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment and follow on-site safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
