Job summary

Soccer Shots Central Iowa is seeking part-time coaches to lead 30- to 45-minute soccer sessions at childcare centers, schools, parks, and public spaces. You will be the face of the organization, delivering a fun, educational soccer experience and instilling a love for the game in young children.

You will use Soccer Shots curriculum and equipment provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for development. Prior experience with children and reliable transportation are required.

• Commit to the entire season; Saturday availability preferred

Soccer Shots Central Iowa is a youth soccer organization for children 2 3 8 years old that works in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces, and we9re looking for coaches.
We9ve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel 1 you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer! As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 3 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child.
It9s fun for sure, but it9s also a lot of work, and we have high expectations. But, if you9re up for the challenge, have experience working with children, and want to be a part of an organization that9s making a difference every day 1 fill out an application!
Other Details

• Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
• Must have your own car, and it9s reliable
• Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, you9ll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)
• You9ll commit to the entire season 1 this is very important given the age of children we work with
• Pay starts at $18 for each 30 minute session
• We have coaches coaching anywhere from 3 3 30+ sessions/week depending on availability
• Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized

Compensation: $36.00 per hour
