Crossroads Church is seeking a Part-Time Kids Leader/Pastor to oversee birth through 5th grade at our Eagan campus. The role includes leading weekend services, recruiting and training volunteers, supporting families, and maintaining a safe, Christ-centered environment for children.

The position requires a 4-year bachelor’s degree or relevant ministry experience; pastoral licensure; and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a collaborative team setting within a multi-campus Kids Ministry.

Formación

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related field or experience in kids ministry is preferred.
• Pastoral Licensure required for pastoral title.
• Highly organized and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Strong passion for kids discipleship and effective volunteer leadership.
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends and engaging with families.
• Aware of ECC theology and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all CR Kids ministry operations at the assigned campus.
• Lead weekend services, events, and volunteer team meetings.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard volunteer leaders.
• Train volunteers and provide ongoing support and recognition.
• Engage families, communicate resources, and support discipleship at home.
• Participate in weekly Kids Team meetings and curriculum planning.
