Job description

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual to support the team and act as the acting manager in the Store Manager's absence. They will model a positive attitude, remain calm under pressure, and be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by acting as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
