Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. seeks a dynamic Part-Time Keyholder for our Movado Company Store at Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler, AZ. You will drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in achieving goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of the store management team you will support inventory, visual merchandising, CRM data entry, and loss prevention, with growth opportunities within our luxury brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills with experience in watch/jewelry/fashion/luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; prior management preferred.
• Open availability and flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and learn merchandise knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Capture CRM data according to company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
• Merchandise product according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional work environment.
• Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, ticketing accuracy, and display.
• Assist with merchandise control logs as designated.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
