Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-time Keyholder for our Movado Company Store at Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN.

You will drive sales, open/close the store, and mentor staff to meet goals while supporting exceptional customer service and CRM data capture. The role emphasizes sales-driven leadership, inventory and display upkeep, and loss-prevention adherence, with flexibility for a variable schedule.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty and/or luxury retail.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; previous management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop knowledge of the merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
• Capture all CRM data in accordance with company guidelines and establish rapport with customers.
• Monitor and maintain merchandise display, ticketing and cleanliness; assist with inventory related tasks.
