Job summary

Roller Rabbit in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for a full-time, on-site role. You will open/close the store, secure the premises, and supervise floor operations with management to ensure an elevated customer experience.

You will deliver attentive service, drive sales, and maintain in-depth product knowledge to guide shoppers on styling and fit. Merchandising, POS transactions, inventory support, and team coaching are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Retail experience and proven ability to meet sales goals, promote store initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction.

Role Description

The Keyholder is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, responsible for supporting store leadership and ensuring an elevated customer experience. Day‑to‑day tasks include opening and closing the store, securing the premises, and supervising floor operations in partnership with management. The Keyholder will provide attentive customer service, drive retail sales, and maintain deep product knowledge to guide shoppers with styling and fit recommendations. Additional responsibilities include merchandising and visual upkeep, managing point‑of‑sale transactions, supporting inventory processes, and helping train and coach team members on customer experience standards. This role contributes to a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects Roller Rabbit’s playful and vibrant brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Retail experience, including meeting sales goals, add‑on selling, and promoting store initiatives, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to demonstrate strong Product Knowledge to provide guidance on styles, fits, and collections.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging customers, collaborating with team members, and coordinating with store leadership.
• Experience in leading a team and handling Customer Experience, creating an inviting atmosphere and building lasting relationships with shoppers.
• Proven Customer Service skills to resolve issues, handle feedback, and ensure a positive in‑store experience.
• Reliability in handling keys, following security procedures, and supporting opening and closing routines.
