Job summary

ThirdLove is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to lead on the floor, support the Store Manager, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and help drive client engagement through product knowledge and strong service.

This role requires 1–2 years in retail with leadership potential and the ability to work flexible hours. You will collaborate across sales, fitting, and client engagement while upholding ThirdLove’s values of body confidence and

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or elevated associate role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing environment.
Comfort with retail KPIs and desire to improve performance through service and product knowledge.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized fitting and shopping experience in line with the Retail Excellence Protocol.
Coach team members during shifts to refine selling language, service posture, and product confidence.
Lead as Manager-on-Duty when scheduled, ensuring smooth shift transitions and store operations.
Execute opening/closing responsibilities and maintain store readiness, inventory, and merchandising standards.
