Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open/close the store, manage cash register, and assist customers with sales. You will help ensure a smooth daily operation and a welcoming shopping environment across our Ohio locations.

The role requires up to 20 hours per week with weekend and evening shifts. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong customer service, and basic math skills. Flexible schedule and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
