Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to assist in opening and closing operations, maintaining store standards and driving sales in Myrtle Beach. You will help with merchandising, customer service, and inventory management while supporting the store team.

The role offers 15 to 25 hours per week with daytime and/or evening shifts; prior retail or supervisory experience is a plus and weekly pay is provided. Strong teamwork and cash handling skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous key holder/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store according to policies.
• Support management in merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes loyalty.
• Train and mentor new team members in store operations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting targets.
