Job summary

Huk Gear in Destin, FL is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to support daily store operations and leadership. You will open/close, assist the Store Manager, and help maintain merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves coaching new team members, handling inventory, and working toward sales goals; shifts are 4–8 hours with daytime and evening options. Weekly pay and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory/key holder experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing duties per policy.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
