Our Lady of Victory Catholic School serves students in Transitional Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Our community provides a rigorous, faith-filled Catholic education that forms students to become faithful Catholics, active learners, self-motivated individuals, and globally aware citizens.
We are seeking a part-time Junior High Math and Science Teacher to join our team. The teacher will provide a developmentally appropriate educational program for students in grades 5–8 that supports their academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator or recent graduate to make a meaningful impact by fostering a positive learning environment, delivering engaging instruction, and helping students strengthen their mathematical reasoning, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
Our Lady of Victory is part of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Department of Catholic Schools’ Solidarity Schools Initiative, Cohort 1. This initiative has demonstrated success in improving student performance in mathematics and reading. The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
