Responsibilities

• Provide job-skill training/coaching to help consumers acquire and maintain independent employment
• Implement consumer’s individual employment plan
• Monitor employment progress with assessments to identify barriers
• Complete daily/monthly reports and documentation of performance and progress
• Attend scheduled meetings/trainings and communicate professionally
• Protect consumer confidentiality
• Comply with safety standards
• Assist with personal care/medical needs as directed by supervisor
• Identify and report work hazards
• Other duties as assigned
