Qualifications

• Master’s in the language being taught OR Bachelor’s in the language being taught AND Master’s in another language or linguistics OR the equivalent.
• Evidence of understanding of diverse student backgrounds and equity-minded practices.
• If using the Equivalent provision, provide details explaining the equivalence at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Teach college-level Japanese courses in accordance with the 5 C’s and current language teaching strategies.
• Develop and deliver curricula for diverse learners across modalities including Distance Education and hybrids.
