Responsibilities

• Support and mentor janitorial teams with day-to-day operations.
• Perform building services (General cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning).
• Conduct training sessions to reinforce cleaning best practices and safety standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide operational feedback and communicate needs to leadership.
• Help ensure schedules and staffing align with client requirements.
