Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the Houston site, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for customers, clients, and staff.

You will lead your crew by example, serve as the customer’s main contact, coordinate supplies, safety protocols, and site security, and handle additional duties as assigned on a 20-hour weekly evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Custodial/janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred (5+ years)
• Experience with a professional janitorial company or similar facilities is a plus
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and dependable with English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear customer communication
• Clean and maintain facilities using ServiceMaster products and methods
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Follow PPE safety procedures
• Open/close facilities and arm/disarm security systems as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
