Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to maintain common areas and bathrooms for residential and commercial properties in Hillsborough Township, NJ. You’ll help ensure tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy and safe environment to live or work in.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with a part-time schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 1pm, and an hourly pay of $16.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors as needed.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Emptying trash and cleaning windows.
• Order supplies and report breakages or repairs.
• Assist management with projects and other duties.
