Job summary

1Above Quality Services LLC in Virginia is looking for a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to provide custodial services at a professional office facility in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Schedule: approximately 2 hours per service day, 4 hours per week.

You will clean and sanitize restrooms, dust surfaces, empty trash, mop floors, and maintain entrances and breakrooms. A required background screening and fingerprinting will be completed before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty office and common-area trash
• Sweep and damp mop floors
• Clean offices and conference rooms as required
• Clean and sanitize breakroom/kitchen surfaces
• Clean entrance glass and doors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Vacuum and maintain entrance/walk-off mats
• Replenish restroom supplies
• Maintain the janitorial closet in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other routine custodial duties within the assigned facility
• Schedule Tuesday and Thursday
