Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and prolonged standing or walking.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with staff or visitors.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety guidelines.
