This role supports daily cleaning of offices and common spaces, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour workweek. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, physically capable, and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of facility areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as assigned.

Working Schedule

Days of Operation: Monday - Friday.

Weekly Frequency: 5 days per week.

Daily Hours: 8 hours of work per day (40 hours total per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of facility areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
