Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living (ASL) is recruiting a part-time TEMP Maintenance technician to join our Indiana senior living communities. You will help maintain a clean, safe housing property, perform basic repairs, and inspect facilities to ensure everything is in good working order.

The role requires a High School Diploma or higher, relevant maintenance or janitorial experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will work 20 hours weekly, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide quality service to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience.
• Maintenance crafts such as janitorial, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and HVAC skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be versatile and receptive to diverse population.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and orderly housing property, and performing janitorial duties as necessary.
• Demonstrating the ability to make repairs as necessary, and ensure all systems and equipment are in good working order.
