Job summary

You will clean restrooms and offices, perform basic repairs, replace lights and air filters, manage supplies, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and general building maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Reliable transportation.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash

• Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping and litter removal as needed
• Ensure cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment are organized and stocked
