Job summary

Novo Health Services is seeking a part-time janitor for our Williamsport Healthcare facility that is on the bus route. This role ensures the overall clean appearance of offices, lunchrooms, restrooms and machinery as needed, with duties including sweeping, dusting, garbage disposal, waxing or washing floors, and other janitorial tasks.

Flexible hours and weekends as needed. We offer a competitive wage of $15.00/hour plus a shift differential between 5pm and 5am, plus a broad benefits package

Qualifications

• Self-initiative, high motivation, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Quality workmanship, teamwork, communication and motivational skills, problem solving and organizational skills, and regular attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, empty garbage, wax and wash floors as needed.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and other janitorial tasks.
