Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Janitor for HOA/Condominium community maintenance. The role focuses on keeping all common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

You will patrol and clean lobbies, clubhouses, restrooms, pool areas, and other shared spaces, while following safety guidelines and proper chemical handling. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid Florida driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with preferable janitorial experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic English communication; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interior and exterior common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Maintain outdoor common areas by removing litter.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up community events.
