United Planning Organization (UPO) seeks an IT Help Desk Instructor for part-time, evenings. You will deliver classroom and hands-on IT training, guiding students toward nationally recognized IT certifications.

The role requires a bachelor’s in IT with hands-on tech experience and experience teaching adults; proficiency in MS Office is desired. This position offers 20–25 hours weekly in Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field with two years of hands-on tech experience.
• Demonstrated experience teaching A+ curriculum to adults.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide students with IT education and certifications training.
• Develop and deliver curriculum-based classroom and laboratory instruction.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and assessments; mentor students.
