Job summary

CATHEXIS is seeking an Instructional Systems Design Specialist (Part-time) to lead the design and implementation of advanced instructional systems for supply chain professionals. You will apply ADDIE/SAM, adult learning theories, and modern edtech to create scalable training aligned with CATHEXIS’s mission for government clients.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, developing SMART objectives, and staying current with instructional design innovations.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in an applicable field; strong instructional design background required.
• Experience: 8+ years with BS/BA; 3+ years with MS/MA; 1+ year with PhD.
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design models; experience with government or defense training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of instructional systems and training programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, program leads, and educational technologists to align training with objectives.
• Create measurable SMART objectives aligned to Bloom’s Taxonomy for learner outcomes.
