Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Stock Coordinator to keep the store fully stocked and running smoothly. You’ll manage inbound shipments, organize stockrooms, and ensure the sales floor reflects current inventory.

You will support opening/closing, assist sales staff during busy periods, maintain visual standards, and communicate low stock and back-stock needs to management. This role requires multitasking, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory, shipments, and stockroom organization.
• Ability to work with POS software and sales staff.
• Strong communication and multitasking under busy store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments; organize and store inventory; conduct cycle counts.
• Keep sales floor stocked; notify management of low/overstock situations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures; support sales associates during peak times.
• Maintain shop aesthetics, cleanliness, and stockroom best practices; respond to unexpected situations.
• Organize back stock materials and replenish floor stock from back stock.
• Process shipments; prepare items for steaming, hanging, or folding; remove packaging.
