Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage inventory, receive shipments, and keep the sales floor fully stocked and ready for customers across shifts.

You will support opening/closing procedures, assist sales associates during busy periods, maintain stockroom organization, replenish back stock, and communicate low or overstock situations to management to keep operations smooth. This role requires adaptability to a variable schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments, organize inventory, and conduct regular counts.
• Replenish the sales floor and notify management of low or overstock situations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support sales associates during peak periods.
• Maintain stockroom organization and back stock, and prep shipments for display.
• Maintain adherence to productivity and visual standards and coordinate with management on supplies.
