Job summary

Sodexo Live is hiring a Stock Worker and Receiver in Birmingham for part-time shifts. You will provide administrative and logistical support to warehouse operations, including receiving merchandise, unloading, stocking, and assisting customers with orders.

You must be able to walk/stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and have 0–1 year experience; a valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required. Shifts vary; interview will provide details.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in stock/receiving.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift operation certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, lifts, moves, stores, issues, counts, sorts, weighs shipments.
• Verifies shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Unpacks incoming goods and checks for damage or shortages.
• Rotates stock and fills orders to support customer fulfillment.
• Communicates with vendors and internal teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Performs basic administrative support for warehouse operations.
