Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and stock merchandise.
• Assist customers with order placement and inquiries.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for delivery schedules.
• Inspect incoming shipments and note shortages or damages.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
