Connected Cannabis Co. in California is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory tasks, labeling, counting, and quality checks, ensuring products are properly received in METRC and ERP systems and ready for sale.

The role requires strong math, Excel/Word proficiency, and a valid CA driver’s license; you will support the Inventory Lead in regulatory compliance and participate in monthly audits.

Qualifications

• Retail or warehouse inventory experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale software experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for new inventory.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify product counts, labels and COA; ensure METRC and ERP entries.
• Count, reconcile and complete monthly inventory audits.
• Escalate discrepancies to Inventory Lead/Manager for resolution.
• Maintain inventory logs for disposal and hold items.
• Support Inventory Lead with regulatory compliance during deliveries.
