Job summary

The ITJ Coordinator for Haver’s Introduction to Judaism program works 2–4 hours weekly, assisting teachers, students, and the on-site Boulder JCC contact. She or he handles attendance, Zoom setup, and coordinates student-teacher interactions to foster ongoing Jewish learning.

Salary is $25 per hour for non-clergy; the role runs through the academic year, with twenty in-person sessions at the Boulder JCC on Tuesday evenings from Oct 20, 2026 to Apr 13, 2027, excluding Jewish holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and students and serve as on-site contact with Boulder JCC.
• Manage basic logistics and identify student needs, class dynamics and next steps.
• Take attendance, set up and monitor Zoom for each class, and coordinate student-teacher interactions.
• Coordinate social connections outside class (via WhatsApp or group text).
• Attend all 20 ITJ sessions in person on Tuesday evenings Oct 20, 2026 to Apr 13, 2027 (no class on Jewish Holidays).
