Job summary

Boulder Jewish Community Center in Boulder, CO seeks a year-round Preschool Teacher for ages 2.5-4. You will collaborate with a co-teaching team to create high quality classroom experiences, including time in art studio, farm visits, and cooking activities. You will foster social growth and partner with families to support all students.

A DAY IN THE CLASSROOM

As a Preschool Teacher….

• Collaborate with co-teachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class
• Meaningful experiences include time in our art studio, taking children to the farm to feed the goats, cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse
• Fostering meaningful social experiences between students as they are learning to develop friendships
• Partnering with parents and families in our community to best support all the children in our school

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a year-round position with an hourly range of $17.45-$24.05 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

Full-Time Track (Up to 40 hours per week) Benefits Include:

• Financial & Core Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan with immediate vesting and up to a 4% employer match

The desired start date is September 7, 2026.

The anticipated closing date for this position is October 9, 2026.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
