Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license.
• Master's degree preferred; bachelor's with additional certification acceptable.
• Part-time 10-25 hours per week.
• No health care benefits; STRS benefits.
• Certification in Ohio Science of Reading.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate universal screening, progress monitor and school-wide data analysis through an MTSS framework.
• Deliver evidence-based reading and mathematics interventions through individual instruction.
• Develop and monitor individual education plans.
• Partner with teachers, staff and families to ensure coordination of student support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
