Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians in McAllen, TX seeks a part-time Internal Medicine Physician to provide bedside wound care and manage post-acute wound therapy. The role emphasizes autonomy, a 45-hour work week for full-time, and no nights, calls, or weekends.

Clinicians will train in wound management, participate in regular rounds, and serve facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, treating multiple patients daily using our EMR tools. W2 employment with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO).
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating ~20-30 patients daily.
• Operate within a 40–60 mile practice radius.
