Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians in McAllen, TX seeks a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician to join a national wound care group. The role offers clinical autonomy, no nights, no call, and no weekend duties, with a typical 45-hour week for full-time staff and a minimum of 3 weekdays for part-time.

You will work in a mobile setting, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius. You will provide bedside wound care, participate in weekly rounds, and manage about 20–30 patients daily, using a proprietary

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNF and LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Document care in real-time using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Provide on-the-job paid training and participate in a 6-month wound care fellowship.
