Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a Part-Time Internal Medicine Physician in Uvalde, TX to deliver bedside wound care across facilities within 40–60 miles. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and no weekends or on-call requirements.

Expect 20–30 patients per day with 7am–4pm shifts for full-time equivalents; part-time options start at three days per week. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and participate in mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Document care at point of care during rounds using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
