Cherry Health in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for 32 hours per week in our internal medicine outpatient clinic, serving adults 18+ with a focus on prevention and disease management.

Under the direction of the CMO and with a collaborating physician, you will provide direct patient care, maintain accurate records, prescribe meds and tests, and participate in team-based care across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and document care.
• Ability to prescribe medications and order tests per scope.
• Comfort with telehealth and mobile care settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in internal medicine outpatient setting.
• Coordinate prevention services for patients.
• Evaluate and treat adults 18+ based on best practices.
• Maintain detailed medical records for each patient.
• Prescribe medications, referrals, and diagnostic tests as indicated.
• Promote team-based care with MA, nursing, pharmacists, and other staff.
