Job summary

HYPU is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator of Resource and Intake Services in Sacramento. You will oversee client intake, resource referrals, and data reporting to support underserved communities while coordinating with staff and partners.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–3 years of program coordination, disability rights knowledge, and bilingual skills (Hmong preferred). Part-time, 20–24 hrs/week, $22.56/hr with paid sick leave and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of program coordination or case management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of disability rights and relevant legislation (e.g., ADA, IDEA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual/multilingual skills, preferably in Hmong.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day intake and resource referral processes.
• Develop and implement intake procedures and protocols.
• Track client progress and program outcomes.
• Coordinate with staff and partner organizations.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Collect data and prepare reports for funders.
