Job summary

• License to operate in insurance (to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
